A signal is a zone worth attention after deep price, structure confirmation, and filters. It is not a prediction of a bottom. It does not say the name is cheap enough, or that it will recover, or when.
Buy-only. Nothing on the other side.
APEX does not short. It does not mark sells. It does not auto-exit. It is not a complete system. If you need an exit rule, you bring your own. Silence is normal. Long silence is expected in the tighter modes.
Do the work. Size for survival.
