I use it on names I am willing to hold. I add when a mark lands on a name I already own. When the wait can be long, I use LEAPS with enough term to sit through silence.
Exit
No fixed exit.
APEX does not sell. It does not auto-exit. I do not pair it with a rule that dumps the position on a clock. The mark is attention, not a complete system.
